The administrative assistant to Vermont Education Secretary Rebecca Holcombe and the state Board of Education pleaded not guilty on Monday to a felony charge of aggravated sexual assault on a minor.
Perry Thompson, 42, of Berlin repeatedly sexually assaulted a teen-age boy for more than three years, according to the Orange County Special Investigation Unit.
